Merck Voice Survey





Seeing the results on the Voice Survey are telling...reduced employee engagement and the disconnect of management and HR/Corp.

Gee, you don't think the whole demotion to S1/S2, reduction of bonus, reduction of merit increases, reduction in nmip points, reduction in award for excellence, reduction of pay going from monthly to bi-weekly and the increase in psycho micro-management had anything to do with the low scores?
 




The individuals running this company have to be the worst collection of rich entitled brats ever collected. Maggots basically. Came to the org for what was in it for them. Constantly draining, constantly conniving, never contributing. That is the personality type. Very interesting when you think about it. You can have a decent IQ, but if you are a selfish arrogant "taker".....this is the mess you get.

When this company needs every dime to stay alive, we get inexperienced ladder climbers that do not know the first thing about disease state, customers, segments etc.

That is why even when Kim can manage to get his trash pile to get a drug on the market, it never hits its true potential. Millions are lost on each and every brand.

There is no reduction in pay by going to bi-weekly

The market for reps is saturated resulting in stagnate pay. If you don't like your job, there are 3 people who can do it, just as well as you, for less money.

If you think our compensation is so unfair, why doesn't anyone ever leave? Where is the mass exodus?

Have all of the displaced reps landed these wonderful high-paying jobs?

I have waged a continuous progressive program to isolate and remove you fromthe company - it will accellerate in the second quarter - better get your applications out to the local deli providers.

No one got shorted any pay. Pay was shifted due to the change in payroll frequency. You called me a moron and a prick because your pay was a day short and you think I am the reason that the culture sucks.

None of you will enjoy either after I put you on the train to elimination and furthur stagnation. You will enjoy living in mommy and daddy's basement.
