hahahahahahahahaha!!!!! You guys just picked up a new DCO! Mark Dervishian!!! We are so glad to be done with him. He will ruin your place just like he did for us. If you don't believe it, ask any CV rep, and also read the CP post about him. He is the worst! Sucks ass so bad! And now he's yours!!!!! yes. thank you.
You aint seen nothing yet. You don't know the bottom until MD takes over. You just wait and see!
We have seen it I am afraid. We have seen Thomas L. Lyon III who barely sold that long get kicked out of offices, had his products banned from a hospital eventually get promoted to management and eventually DCO of Vaccines without any previous experience. He is also one of the few DCO's who never moved to Westpoint in his climb up, he never had to move to maintain his DCO position even though he lives outside his region and has been dinged a couple of times for possible policy violations without any real repercussions. We have a stubborn, untouchable, privileged DCO with still limited vaccine experience, most especially in the public sector, that continues to run off good managers and reps while running his region into the ground. We get it, Merck hired another USHH bust to Vaccines. Take a number, this is standard procedure now.
You can blame Mike Thomas for starting the trend of bringing over pharma losers. MVD has never recovered.
its sad that GSK is kicking our asses now too. MVD was amazing before the pharma filth ruined us.
