I guess the away has changed to only 2 days. Ti heard the tests are hard so study hard. How long we're you told this contract was? I was told until dec 2013 and possibly longer? Any thoughts?
 






Home office training is actually a lot of fun. Lots of positive energy, and I was impressed with the people I met. Obviously there are role-plays, but it's a safe environment. Just prepare well. There is a lot of support for new hires, you just have to pick up the phone if you have a question. You'll get a contact list and your DM will probably get you in touch with some of your new teammates who know the process first hand. Congrats on landing the job!
 












2013 is just a line in the sand. There have been many of those so far. Like any partnership there are commitments and timelines for budgeting and other strategic reasons. The goal for both companies, and all of us, is to keep earning extensions by doing a great job. Those decisions will certainly consider our performance over time, but July-Dec will be crucial. There are plenty of opportunities for us, but we need to prove ourselves year after year, which is no different than anywhere else. The big difference is we can have lives outside of work, as long as we execute when we are working.
