The plain and simple truth is this: your experience on this and other contracts really depends on how your manager runs things in his/her district. Get a good one and you'll most likely have positive things to say about the contract. Get a bad one and well, we all know what that leads to.

Our DM shaves his ball sack every Sunday night then texts the entire district out a pic of the results. He makes us text him back by 8am Monday. Those that don't give him a "10" and soon fired.
