Merck Contract?

When is the Merck Contract going to start? Have been talking to many Merck reps in the field the past few weeks & they all say come May / June "inVentiv Health" is going to replace many of their full-time salaried reps.
 






I have been working on the Merck contract through Inventiv since this time last year. Our understanding is that any jobs that need to be filled by Merck have to be filled through Inventiv, no direct Merck hires right now. I haven't heard that anyone will be "replaced" by an Inventiv rep proactively though..

There will be a layoff before summer, and any Ken or Barbie who doesn't see the obvious is living in a fantasy world. Reality sucks , the sooner you accept it the sooner you can get over your anxiety.
