Spot on. I will be glad if the contract is extended, but they seem to be giving us a lot of responsibility. I've launched products before and its great , because you have new things to talk about, but its a lot of work and pressure to grow market share quickly. Plus we are fourth to the market, tough sell. Definitely full time work. I hope they keep all this mind if its renewed i.e. MORE MONEY!

That's what they have anyway. We work more than lots of full-time reps for less money but a lot less stress isn't that the point?
 


















I can not believe there is already a post about this seriously if you say this is full time ie 40- 50 hours a week you have never worked 50 hours! Just because you work more than your local Merck rep. who may be cheating the system have faith they have not been caught. There is no way you are working 40 or 50 hours a week unless you are a complete idiot!! Quit whining this is a great gig definitely not full time!! it's 24 at most many weeks 18, just like they pay us for! I hope they will extend and rely on those who will put in fair day for fair pay. A 3-4 hour day in the field is stealing!!! I am delighted to Launch a new product excited to have the same position for so long!!!!!
