Merck Animal Health

Hi, does anyone know much about Merck Animal Health? I recently applied and interviewed for a director level position. The culture obviously seems different (no WFH, etc.), but is there anything else I should know? I mentioned that I was looking to an industry colleague, and he advised me to stay clear. Has anyone heard this before?

Honestly, don't take a job in Animal Health. I know a few people who work in that division, and really do not like it. It seems to be operated independent from Merck. Management is very old school, pay is 10-20% lower than the rest of the company. I have heard nothing but complaints.
