Hello lawsuits is more like it. J&J is going file suits against everyone who left and Sientra. Personally I find people leaving to directly compete against their counterparts despicable.
 



So, what's the deal out west with Mentor...heard they just lost a ton of people to a rival? What is Mentor's product line like against their competitors?

Is it worth looking into to replace those that left?
 



Are Sientra's products and/or pay scale really that much better? Or did everybody leave because they couldn't stand J&J corporate restructuring any longer? Just curious as to why so many people all left at the exact same time...
 






Wow, there are a ton of Plastic Surgery Sales Rep positions open. They say the comp is somewhere in the 200s. Is it really that rough over here? 200k to call on some plastic surgeons doesn't seem too bad considering what else is out there.
 



Guys for info, Mentor is closing down an breast implant manufacturing facility in mauritius. 150 employees will be out by end of december with barely anything as compensation!!! guess that's a bit of J&J sttategy to minimise cost. Mentor in mauritius manufacture the Perthese brand (former Perouse Plastie lab),

So Sientra people, this might be a good opportunity to hire experienced people out there. mauritius offers very low tax for companies and other tax benefits for investors. very stable country. check it out!
