I loved the "feel free to call me" comment. Ugh.

I find it interesting that RK leads the charge with the board to ax Kaysen and then fails to improve things on his watch. Don't get me wrong, Kaysen was a joke but RK is just as incompetent!
Well, RK was fired from his previous Company, VRAD, so what kind of performance did you expect from a reject!!!
You never know why someone was let go, but it seems like most of our upper sales management was let go from some bigger company and now we are run by a bunch of rejects. They are clueless as to real market conditions and how to react to them in a honest professional manner. Instead of giving us useful knowledge, they fill us with useless Ignite selling simulations and burn through cash this company desperately needs. They have us spend more time on the computers, filling out spreadsheets, forecasts, situational, influencer and other snapshots instead of selling, which is how we get paid and saves the company. Those of us who are successful in the field pride ourselves on professional growth and are always looking for ways to improve ourselves. Whether its reading a sales book or just communicating with our peers, we do this on our own, not because "big brother" forces it on us. Management, do your jobs....hire the righty people, pay them what they are worth, make it a great culture and most of all motivate us to stay!!!!
Why do you expect management will do its job when that management itself is made up of rejects? You think these insecure rejects are going to hire smarter people than they themselves are? You are an idiot if you think that is going to happen.
