The meeting was actually productive and was about accountability! The only issue I have is, if the ones claiming the need for accountability are also the ones not holding themselves accountable then there is an unfair balance

We need clinical experts in the field teaching docs how to use the drug!

We also need to stop rewarding just on volume. Why not just call the East the winner of everything every year! The comp plan and its measures don't drive long term development.

More MSL attention to training was what was being referred to.....Doctors are still confused and the CSS is not of the authority to answer a lot of the clinical issues

I'm seriously fed up already with all the bitchin and moanin.... deal with what you have or get another job. I have enough on my plate already without hearing your complaints all day and night. Don't get me wrong, I was one of the most negative ones before this week. I realize now that I can choose to stay or leave, and I don't plan on leaving via a PIP.

Go find a better opportunity, if you can.
