Medtronic has started the dreaded RIF in my OU. Rumors abound of widening and ongoing cuts to headcount throughout multiple OU’s. Have seen several high contributing and very talented folks get axed. Seems like MDT is cutting off the legs of the company and asking us to then run marathons.

Anyone have insight into the RIF and people impacted?
