Maybe if the sr leadership at Medtronic focused more on solving quality, backorder and laying people off issues instead of spending all their time posting on LinkedIn, they wouldn't be doing a reorg every 12 months.

And the band played on as the Titanic slowly slipped beneath the ocean surface.

The sad difference here, is the captain of the Titanic went down with the ship,,,,Geoff is getting another pay raise.

And all of the minions slobbering over every post, as if it is some prerequisite for a potential promotion. Medtronic people are BY FAR the weirdest people on LinkedIn, and it isn't even close.

The layoffs aren't every 12 months... they're literally the whole year and have been for my last 7 years at the company. Most of the time you don't notice, because they're not big enough.

Awww. Geoff made a sweet Mother’s Day LinkedIn post and got nice accolade comments.

he didn’t mention the at least 100 mothers this week he laid off due to his failed leadership.

Guess they weren’t “extraordinary” enough to make the cut , unlike the wizard EVP and ExCom leaders.

Medtronic has laid off employees every year since 2008. They don’t announce the layoffs or report the layoffs to state government, as they are required, by state and federal law.
Expect regular layoffs while Geoff and Karen lead the company.
