What is the pay structure here for Territory Managers? Is it salary plus commission, salary with bonus for hitting plan or just straight commission?
I have noticed some have Senior Territory Manager titles. Does this impact compensation at all? I am just looking to get an idea of what average at plan compensation is and what most people are making there.
