The Medimmune purchase was just another giant AZ mistake. The investment community thought we were crazy, and we were. Our incompetence is only surpassed by our stupidity.

Why is MedImmune still independent? Now that AZ owns them, why do they need their own organization? Combine them into the sales force and weed out the failures just like the rest of pharma did years ago.

they wiped out the cmm position, made them all eligble for the higher level FRM poistion, with relocation packages, and then gave the hospital job to the office-based bss rep, on top of everythign else they do. no increase in base, just. here ya go..now you do this job too
