Medicare states that the minimum dose has been removed, but the 12mgd stays. It becomes effective 2013.

Analysts say this could lead to lower doses. It seems rather obvious that this will lead to lower costs as well.

No. Stock went down because analysts can easily calculate the effect of reduced future Medicare reimbursement on present value. Getting rid of the "upper management discount" would help, though.

I have been advised that all NEW employees will be given new brooms. Why? They now have two jobs, which includes the janitors', in an effort to cut overhead. The 3/4 billion bucks to settle up the accounts will need a bulldozer.
