I'm curious why no one has come after Synergy for Medicare fraud? Everyone knew that using co pay cards for Medicare patients was a clear violation of law? Yet not a single whistleblower? Management encouraged the practice just to "prime the pump and get scripts even though it was costing the company money". None the less its against the law to use co pay cards for Medicare patients. They rewarded reps who took advantage of breaking the law by not only winning presidents club, but lowering their goals the quarter after they told reps to stop promoting co pay cards for Medicare patients. Florida and Texas took advantage of this clear violation of federal law.

It’s really hard to use coupon cards for Medicare at the pharmacy level. Pharmacists wouldn’t allow this . I have a hard time believing this .
