medicare fraud and coupons

Does anyone remember selling valturna for $15 to drs for medicare pts to take to different pharmacist and pay cash???? We were told it was medicare fraud? So how come alcon can sell Durezol coupons to doctors telling them to have patients with medicare pay cash? Fraud is fraud. I guess novartis just like to pay fines. Good luck buying alcon. Maybe novartis will even get more lawsuits.

We where told not to promote Valturna coupons for Medicare. If you did this you committed the fraud. And we already own Alcon. The deal was closed a month ago.

Don't you see it? One crooked Co Nofartus that already got caught doing the crime, buys out another crooked Co still not caught but will be eventually. Imagine the money Novartis the crook has when they buy a Co just like that even after they apid out, what close to 1/2 billion in fines. But then that was just small change they need to do biz they do the crooked way. As for you, there is the opportunity to collect that evidenct and do the right thing, whistleblow and get out of this crooked biz,. Mind you other bizs ain't not much better either. But when you come out and whistleblow nobody will hire you anyway so you don't have to worry about all biz being crooked. All you need is a successful qui-tam and you are set for life. So get that evidence and just do it.
