Does anyone have information on the culture at Regeneron? How is the work/life balance, stress level, etc. is management constantly breathing down your neck?

Does anyone have information on the culture at Regeneron? How is the work/life balance, stress level, etc. is management constantly breathing down your neck?

Good intentions, good parties / barbecues, etc. Depends on the department. Generally, this is a r*****'s R' Us environment. Current leaders joined the company 10 years ago with 2 other people and now they're VPs.

Very unprofessional, incompetent as all leaders seem to be learning as they go from a basic pharma/biotech perspective.

Come and collect a check for a year or two, then leave for a Roche or Amgen.
