I would only work for this company where they have DME. You can get referrals off the DME. If you are home healthcare you have to fill out a Purchase Order to get a check to do a lunch 30 days in advance. The most rediculous system ever. They have pretty good benefits but they do not believe in supporting sales.
 








Run don't walk from this poorly run and mismanaged organization. The entire Southeast is a cluster of a mess. Most of the AE's are double dippin while on the MSA dime or looking for another job. A very toxic environment, with absolutely no support from corporate or L.Cassell. He should be canned pronto! Lee is clueless on how to manage a sales force and hire great people. Check out all of the sponsored ads, clearly MSA is a joke in the HH industry.

Why does this company have constant turnover? I received a call from a recruiter about a marketer role but after reading all of the negative Glassdoor comments, I declined the interview. Why does MSA have such a bad reputation in the Southeast?

The entire organization is a shit show! Glass door comments are only the tip of the iceberg. MSA has a horrible reputation in Florida due to a couple of clueless baphoons running the show.
