My current big Pharma company recently updated the compliance policies to allow for use of medical marijuana ( of course during non business hours). Basically the language read if you got drug tested and tested positive for thc you could provide evidence of medical certification. I was wondering if a current Lilly employee could please look and see if they have a policy that allows for it? I have a medical condition that relies on it and this is important for me as I am exploring a role with Lilly. Please only informative responses. Not interested in negative opinions..can we do this !?
