Any and all info on this division at Philips is much appreciated. Leadership, compensation, and is this a solid division with good reputation in the field? Hows the company car?

Thank you in advance! I have done my research and spoke with the recruiter but any additional info would be great.

Don't do it. The company is a mess! Splitting into two parts , layoffs are coming and have recently occurred . Commissions are decreasing. The Philips reputation across the board is poor based on product backlogs and product failures in the field, customers are irate with us. Many of us are looking for new opportunities. The company car is a ford fusion, there is a cost of 65$ per month for personal use and you must average 1000 miles per month or you lose the car.

GTM strategy implementation and FDA issues have derailed the success .
Several low caliber senior management has been culled and / or "retiring "this month.

It is expected that it will be a lost several years for any PSS or AE at Philips in terms of income.
It will take 3-3 years to adjust headcount to OP goals. Short story: It sucks to be in sales -income down to low 120k to 140k
