Mechanicsburg PA Sales position?

Unrealistic expectations, poor training and a bad reputation with referal sources due to low employee moral, drivers expected to perform rt /clinician work without licensing what more due you want

In the initial thread of "this is what is really going on thread", the PST was given some gruff b/c some others tought of it as sour grapes.

Here is another one stating about the RT/Clinican work they need to do.

You are told you don't need to be an RT or LPN to do a R/E or a Titration. Get out there and do. W/ the ever silent threat of being written up or fired. Fine. Let's do their 80 yo Mom or Dad. Don't forget when it's turned over to the Doc and their LPM is changed from 2 to 6 or more b/c of the PST doing the testing....noooo problem, you don't need a license.

OMG another SR bites the dust?? You are so right morale has probably gotten as low as it can get. PSTs if you are lucky to have more than one, doing the titrations, cpap changes, why would you want an RT/Clinican. They can save lots of money to give to the diamond club winners, and other jewels.

Last time I knew oxygen was a prescribed drug, but I guess Rotech doesnt have to follow any guidelines..Psts are good enough.
