Anyone watch the 2 Boston / Detroit games? That grand slam last night was amazing. I have the feeling this is gonna be a good World Series. I think the Cards will be the NL Champs and I have NO IDEA about the AL although lean towrd Detroit due to their pitching.

Baseball is still being played right now? I just really wish the playoffs were in early September. The season is way too long. I enjoy going to parks like Fenway, Turner Field and Wrigley to watch it live. Watching it on TV though is kind of tough.

Do you have a favorite baseball team? Everyone down South pulls for the Braves. They are the only team we really have down here. I know we have the Tampa Bay Rays and the Marlins (what a joke).

Agree the baseball season is way too long. Yes, I have a favorite team - the Dodgers.

Yes. was happy ( and surprised) I did as well as I did. I knew I had a winning week but never expected to come out on top. I was a 'wild card' last week.

Appreciate your quick post and kudos. The two Thursday night games (Rutgers and SC plus Okla v Texas were gut feelings. The rest was hunch and taking dogs when I though the spread was a bit high.

Thanks for making college football more interesting this season.
