Me in MS. Me sign grant option form to get stock grants. Manager said this is no non compete. She talk to HR and HR assures her no non compete. I sign. Now non compete. Me dumb to trust HR about important document. Me dumb.

Maybe me dumb but attorney smart. Attorney sue NVS. NVS pay us all money. Maybe me not so dumb.

Big pig will sweat more than ever soon. Maybe other dumb workers in MS will find out what is happening and try to be smart or will you allow big pig to push you around.

If you were not dumb you would not have signed. Peel your banana and enjoy dinner monkey! I thought it was weird that HR called me asking all concerned they didn't have my signed stock forms. HR didn't have jack to say when I told them I was not signing but thanks for the follow up!
 






The truth only the Biotech snobs think they are to good to stay here. Novartis is smarter then you pushing you out the door and you can't run back to Serono,Biogen. All of you are asshats.

I did not arrive from one of these biotech companies you mention, so does it make it ok for Novartis to deceive me and others?
 












Every person B-I-T-C-H-I-N-G like a crybaby all day and night are ex Biogen employees. You know who you are. You came from a company where you could do whatever you wanted to a restricted big pharma hands tied behind your back company. We all say that we have learned to deal with it, but guess what, we haven't. We can't do a thing, the drug has mediocre efficacy at best and the drug is doomed for long term success. We will be downsized within years, this is not a long term career opportunity. Just face it we get paid very well FOR NOW, but like all good things this will come to a hault and much sooner than later.

My manager is miserable, I'm miserable, and your miserable. I should of never left to come here but I did and I'll never ever forgive myself for running for an extra 25k. So not worth it.

Eventhough you are very happy are you ok with the deception from HR? I can deal with the bad but blatent bait and switch tactics is where I draw the line. I feel once the salesforce understands the implications of what they signed and how Novartis will use it, the salesforce will rebel and it will not be pretty. As of this weekend many in MS still do not know what has transpired.

It's clear that unethical tactics are ok based on some of these post. It shows that if you stay to long in an unprofessional/unethical envirornment you adapt to the norm. The posts are giving some good advice: Get the hell out! I know personally that it is more then a small minority that are unhappy. Keep whistling in the dark. Leaving, despite paying back a sign-on bonus, was the ethical, moral and right thing to do.
 












It is a joke! They paid all these experienced reps big money to read a detail aid. So who is having the last laugh I am. They pay me over 120K to act like a primary care rep. I have no problem with it hey it's just a job nothing more.
 






Me can't wait to see what October adjustment bring! Me gets banana? Me so happy! Wonder what monkey get what. Do banana go to overpaid external hire or stoopid novartis monkeys from primary care acting like ms specialist?
