MDV hiring. Who will make the jump?

Hopefully Medivation wont look at those still here as the dregs. That might be an accurate assessment but for a few. People who can write their own ticket would not choose to remain at this cesspool. I saw in another post that Peg applied and we all know how that went. She is unfortunately still here.
 






It is to hard to hire from Dendreon sales force. It is hard to trust you. Unfortunately, you have had corrupt individuals such as Rosen, PF and others running you around. You simply can not be trusted. Good luck, would not recommend anyone to be hired from Dendreon sales team. Hired the good ones already.
 












I have too much cash on the table to take a chance with leaving for MDV. Dendreon is not all roses but I am heavily invested in bonuses and stock. I figure that the worst thing that could happen is we are bought. One the bright side, the company would have to keep the solid reps as it is a difficult sell. Also, MDV would not be able to pay me what I'm making in salary/bonus. I'm feeling good for now. Best of luck to those who move on.
 












First, you have no idea what you are talking about. Second, why dont you try being a bit more shortsighted. Good luck, say hi to PF on your way down with the ship.

This is the first foray of management trying to paint a roesy picture at DNDN...Cheap attemp. There will be a major initative to try and retain reps as th areey very afraid of turnover due to MVD buildout. Look for more attempts are kindness and propaganda all next week.
 






I submitted my resume to Astellas and Medivation last year as I have friends that work at both. They told me that Astellas was going to promote with their existing force. Medivation is in the process of hiring but they already have a good idea of exactly who they want and its only 4-5 people from Dendreon

Anyone they hire will be able to sell MVD 3100. It will be an easy sell; good data and an oral agent. As our former NSD TG said, all we had to do was open up and tell customers we can service you yet. Yep, that easy!
