MDT remote policy

Anyone know what the remote policy is at MDT?

I was VP approved to be remote during covid, due to a recent reorg I changed teams (still remote in workday), but now manager is insisting that I'm not remote just because I live 'local' (an hour and thirty away lel) to a MDT office. Is this true?? When I became remote under my old manager, they hadn't mentioned this whole "living local therefore flex" concept at all lol

Are you one of those bum-ass whiners that is scared of COVID still? Shut up and go back to the office, you lazy turd. Get your kids child care. It's not the rest of our problem.

90 minute commute is local? Hardly. F- off. Not everyone needs to come in the office to get their work done.

I would rather the paper pushers sit on zoom, teams and email all day be happy online than miserable in the office. This is coming from someone who spends most days in the office. It all depends on the job. Often the office is more distraction and studies have shown people like the poster mostly do more work at home than by commuting. You have the bad eggs so fire them. I have complained about the fake surfers who clearly takes advantage but don't let them ruin it for everyone.
 




There's a professional educated persons voice! Are you at all aware that covid still kills? I have family members who are transplant patients...what do you have other than an ignorant opinion? You still work for MDT? No wonder they're in trouble...polished on top but stupid inside...sound like you? Fix it before it gets worse. Good luck you narrow minded person!
