So...SM is gone. It will be interesting to watch what remains as an joke for 'leaders' feed on each other, sling shit, and point fingers at everyone but themselves, while Frank and the Japs continue to fuck up what used to be a pretty cool place to work. Frank and his new puppet TZ finally got SM out, and will now focus on all SD's and RVPs who are not hitting quota. Fellow SD's, ASM's, watch your ass if you are not at quotas. your days are numbered.

Hey genius, last time I checked that's the way a successful business runs... You dont hit numbers, you don't keep a job. Sad that you actually have to "warn" sales ppl of this concept! Too many of these sales ppl have been milking the ignorance and laziness of the old regime. You were never held accountable bc that would mean they would have to hold themselves accountable, which wasn't going to happen with this group of morons bc they were just happy that they got to make up their own title! FU dumbass. every year the numbers got higher, yet nothing was done within the corporation to make the inflated numbers. "fuck the good named and experienced docs, we'll keep the crap that keeps floating from one company to another". you look at miraca doctors cv's and it reads like a community college of experience.

goals need to be atainable with a plan of action in place to get there. shitty reps never will but good reps do good things with good plans. so far, nothing like that has existed.

we bring in new cases in the front door and shit them out the back door. its leakier than me after too much coffee and mexican food. miraca hasnt even begun to address that issues. fuck our problems, just keep bringing in the cases. that is such a bullshit here and now answer to save peoples jobs.
