MCL vs. MCR DSM

I'm very curious to know how will they choose which DSM will stay vs. go? Will they choose the DSM whose newer, young and with less (no) experience or the one that's older with experience? This whole selection process is very confusing it seem the dsm cut will be 50% or greater similar to CNS cuts.
 








Many DSM's, from the MCR side especially, moved over to CVAS several months ago. AZ has an astronomical number of MCR DSM openings that have been frozen for quite some time. So cangrats to those DSM's and PSS's who had the forethought to move to CVAS! In retrospect you were either very lucky or very smart to have saw something like this coming!

The MCR DSMs are far superior to MCL and everyone knows it. MCR DSMs will get the position 90% of the time. MCL DSMs are a bunch of flunks, punks and drunks.
 




I believe that most of the competent MCR DSM's were encouraged to move to CVAS by there RSD. They had to know something was comming. So many jumped to CVAS so fast. We've had 4 MCR DSM positions on hold for serveral months in our region. That's really going to help a great deal of MCL DSM wanting to keep their jobs!

If they suck at their job then it won't matter how many vacancies there are in their area, they will be gone. Leadership will tell us that this is not a performance exercise, BULLSHIT. Of course it is and they only say it isn't for legal reasons because they know that their performance metrics will never hold up in court.

And the positions will no longer exist in the new alignment - cut, cut, cut.
