McKinsey

Oh my good lord...if mc Kinsey is in then everyone is about to get canned...they did this for Pearson when the first cull happened...they are a useless bunch of unethical students who could not analyse their own lives, let alone Valeant/Bausch.
McKinsey are only interested in their own commission...indeed with the behavior of pearson who came from McKinsey, I am surprised Papa even allows them near the building..
That is Rochester finished...with the rest of the remnants of bausch to follow...

True, McKinsey are totally unethical and really devoid of all understanding of what it takes to produce good products. Even worse though are the internal assholes at senior director level that welcome and even promote their activities. Its like when Valeant took over and they all went along with the "Don't bet on science, bet on management" bullshit.
It's very apparent now after all the good folks have been discarded, Director level has been dumbed down to a very low level, not the pay level, just the intellect.
It will take time to rebuild the good global functions we once had, but there are still a few good folk that can and want to do that, B&L always had that. Best of luck to all that stay to see it through.

bet on management. Funny. Look at management. A they have all known is being dead lady. No one has been a winner. Romper room idiots who have taken BL down a steep hill. Losers don't know how to win.

Haha. This is funny. Yes Bausch was always good at building global functions. No value, just lots of layers so some overpaid VP's, directors and senior fellows can spend time going from here to there talking and achieving nothing. What a joke. Only good thing Pearson did was cut through all that crap. Still some weed seeds hanging around ready to start clogging up the system if they get a chance. Too useless to get hired elsewhere.

Global functions... Ewww ! Any one know what old flunkies are lobbying for this ? I like walking around without meeting a VP getting paid three times my salary for nothing

You gotta strategise to prioritise to provide direction to let the plebs know what to do. So, shit flows downhill and the higher it starts the greater the impact at the bottom rung.
Most real corporations function globally and guess what? They actually succeed most of the time, Valeant got it so wrong dude,as bad as voting in Trump....so maybe returning to global functions might restore some order to this outta control organisation, and that can't be bad.

This. Most people here only have one thing they can do well. Other than that, they are shockingly stupid. Hand holding is a full time job here.
