Did the reps covering Mayo in MN "make it" or were they pardoned to a better life than calling on this bloodsucker?

A glaring downfall of Novartis has always been their lack of emphasis on the hospital setting. Yes there have been reps over the years but continuity has always been lacking.

My first time calling on the Monster Clinic I introduced myself to some of the other reps that had been working there for awhile. In that initial conversation we compared our geographic territories. I said something like I cover North Dakota, Minnesota and Western Wi. This guy had just the Mayo clinic-thats it. I asked him if it was a full time job and he winked at me and said you better believe it.
