I think the final nail in the coffin was sales leadership blaming the HUB failure on the TMs. For most of the TMs I know that crossed the line and was the end of the line. I checked out when they had two years to prep this and only put the HUB together at the last minute. Not to mention there was/is no brand strategy. Abhay should can those people. What they did was the true and complete failure.

Dear Tildra Team:

Man, you guys are getting screwed, right from the start. Misguided clinical data, promises (lies) during interviews that could never be kept, launch delays, a few crappy sell sheets from the home office, a HUB that is an absolute nightmare, no coverage and basically no bonus.

I’m on ‘the other side’ and am thankful that I didn’t ‘flip’ when courted. You guys are taking the bullet, so the attention is not on us. Thank you and have a nice day.

You’re half right.
Abhay espouses accountability, yet he has failed us all. There’s so much blood on his hands that he makes O.J. look like Snow White.
So to be correct, he needs to get the can as well.

Dead on the money. We sold the HUB exactly as it was described to us that it was supposed to work. This HUB is a joke, but I would expect no less from this Busch League leadership group. I'm done doing damage control. I'll either pick it up again after they get shit fixed, or my replacement can pick up the fight after I'm gone.

I hope they fix the hub and they should add Ilumya to the Levulan reps as a second line instead of Odomzo- more share of voice in a crowded market. The Levulan reps are bored come spring.

I’m so busy calling on my same 75 accounts and doing in-services for their staff on how to apply Levulan and then press the ‘on’ button.

I’m overwhelmed.

Same here. Just wiping the tire tracks off my back after the HUB bus ran us over.
