He sounds very emphatic that he will not be on Romney's ticket. A so-called rising star, he certainly doesn't want to suffer the same fate as Palin. What is really telling is that Rubio can't get the right wing media to accept the fact, and so conservatives continue to dream and drool about a fantasy that won't happen this cycle.
Besides, Romney is going to lose.
