Massive Layoffs

Lots of us affected, the vast majority being Scarlet. The division is all but gone. About 33 phlebotomists remain nationwide - originally we had about 250 nationwide.

I bet we'd be in a stronger position if we didn't have a 10 million dollar lawsuit to pay.

Be in a stronger position if you never heard of Scarlet and the leaders that gave it to you.

Quest Diagnostics mortally wounded BioReference. The overwhelming majority of Bio reps and senior management failed to practice the fundamentals. They failed to own their performance and to add value at every turn. After we acquire you, for pennies on the dollar, my team of superstars will take over and a great new organization will be born.

Hope this helps

The Bio talent strategy of importing so many Quest rejects has been a failure. There was a time Bio recruited and promoted up and coming, hungry talent that serve them well. Bringing in fat cat Quest rejects, many of whom were looking to coast to retirement was flawed.

How cute, junior. Especially coming from an incel who can’t even work at BK due to hygiene issues.

Exactly. It hurt but it was already sinking fast. The business model was losing money.

Face facts. Your leadership never understood the analytics. They ignored the fundamentals. Does anyone own their performance in your failure of an organization? Does anyone there consider adding value for the customer. Seems like a big no. Learn your way around a pre-owned Kia. You’ll be selling them soon if you’re lucky enough to pass the backgrounds check prior to hire.

It’s good that you recognize your limitations and have accepted your fate. Stick to the plan, son. One day, in a few years, you could even be employee of the month. Not for merit of course, but as a participation award.

Hope this helps

Thanks for responding to your own post. Idiot!

Perhaps you were unaware of this, so allow me to enlighten you, junior. This is an anonymous message board. Therefore, the readers have no way of knowing the identities of the contributors. And since this is also a forum for highly skilled professionals in the clinical laboratory industry, there are many likeminded individuals who post here.
