Stem ride alongs with Horizon reps, veiled as a way to improve productivity, but they are just going to continue the slash and burn layoffs.
Trust at an all time low.
 
















Horizon doesn't exist anymore. Our good folks cashed out and left. The remainders are just playing the game.

We heard this happened to Celgene as well. Up to 80% reductions in equity awards and then use targeted "restructuring" to rid themselves of any experienced people who could think for themselves and ask difficult questions.

Look for more legacy Horizon to be targeted for removal.

ha none of the "good" legacy sales has left. We are still here for the most part...and I can confirm for q3 bonus is not even remotely "slashed". Looking to make over 50k again.
 








I made more at Horizon and I'm not sniffing that in Q3. Also, look at what they are doing to our equity awards.

Amgen is no place to make money on the stock. The grants are so low, they are mirages.

I do know people in Derm and they tell me it's a PCP operation. Measure, measure, measure and target anyone who dares so speak up.
