You idiots really thought you could get away with treating us like crap for the last year and a half? Moving the machines right next to eachother during Covid and making us susceptible to disease! You have the NERVE to send us emails saying how great manufacturing has stepped up and increased production then you give us a rediculous bonus! That process engineer with the initials JN is going out of his way to make our lives Hell and Create a hostile work environment! Well guess what! It worked! I’m out! And so is half of your manufacturing base! Good luck getting Sharon or Joshua to run the machines that make your goddamn salary after you pissed all over your ground level employees, FYI you don’t pay us enough to put up with what you have been putting us through, if you do manage to rehire and train our replacements please do them a favor and next time spit on your hand first!!
 






If you don't like it then leave, this is a great place to work... it was hard to say that with a straight face, yes i agree its been getting really bad since just before 2020, they aren't nice to us anymore as if we are all in trouble for something before we even do anything wrong, its inhumane, when I came here they treated us great and it made me want to work harder, now I just punch in do my job and count the hours till the weekend, i don't care if I put out more or not because they treat everyone like crap now. and yes that engineer is a rude bafoon, he reminds me of Trump
 






Yes! I agree! They're treating us like robots now. Also all the least productive people get promoted while the hard workers get the shaft. Managers don't care about us anymore. They hire all sorts of office people and promote them but do they hire more production staff? Nooooooo......

....and this moving everyone so close together is an awful idea. Look at the QA area. What a joke. They're packed in there like sardines! Ridiculous. All the other areas are going to be packed together as well once it's all said and done.

I doubt anyone cares either. This is just a good place to let off steam and have a little fun. Never seen that place really be a team, and remember... it's a corporation, not a family, despite the dysfunctions common to families.

There's been no mass exodus. A number of people have left from mostly not aligning with the merger. That's to be expected.
Suggestion: leave if you don't like it here. There are very few positions that are not easy to fill. And it's sad to see you dealing with so much hate. You really need to get over it since you are hurting yourself. Consider just moving on.
 






I would disagree with the statement above. I have seen a lot of positions filled, but definitely not by the right or qualified person. That goes for all levels.

If you decide to leave (and have experience and qualifications), the job market is yours. A remote position could find you a handsome salary bump and Acumed will get caught holding the bag. Cause its true that Acumed salaries and benefits are bottom of the dumpster.
