Mass confusion with Injectafer/AR

Could someone clarify why I have a manager and my AR (now DSI) partner also has a manager and while we're supposed to work "together" we're not supposed to step on their (former AR) toes??? While you're at it could you explain the district IC goal and how the hell were supposed to reach that goal when we have zero clue how to even order a vial??

This is hysterical. Nobody knows the damn answers! Trying to get a solid answer from my DM who then goes to our RD who then escalates it to the brand. Ridiculous! Cannot wait to leave this company

In the OP's defense, it's a legitimate statement. I haven't been with this company very long and I'll say this, the training for this product was weak, rushed.

The integration has been stellar. Our AR rep doesn't want anything to do with us except to say "stay away from hemoc."

It is stupid that we still have different managers, but are supposed to work together. That's exactly why the reorg is coming. Dust off your resumes people. Time to get ahead of the chaos.

Hematology/Oncology is not a group/POD selling environment. Most Oncology Territories have one maybe two representatives with a Nurse Educator. Ask friends who work for Genentech or Astellas. It's crazy what is going on . Previous poster is correct . When you see multiple reps in oncology with the same company they have different products within that portfolio. This has to stop ! It's a waste of resources and time also ! This is IV iron not a true complex oncology drug with reimbursement and educational needs beyond one rep !
