Was curious to know why so many people left the team?

Layoffs every 2 years usually reduces head count on every team. People work at McDonalds longer than Takeda.

Toxic Enviroment, bullies bad apples you name it but management and hr look the other way. bunch of talkers. Promote bullshitters that don’t know a single thing. But that’s the way it goes there so you’ll lose people and they will just keep replacing and not do a single thing to change. Must be cheaper to hire new people who run out of there every year to two because it still is going on.

Show us how confident you are by lifting somebody else up. You don't need to show off to be confident. How confident you are about yourself is reflected by your actions. If you can find it in yourself to be kind to a stranger or someone who doesn't benefit your cause, then you have enough and are confident of that fact. Insecure confidence is putting others down. Real confidence is selflessness. Be selfless.

Show us how confident you are by lifting somebody else up. You don't need to show off to be confident. How confident you are about yourself is reflected by your actions.
