He's captain of the Titanic and he's on the phone. Just like in real life the management rats will jump ship taking up all the seats in the life boats. Anyone left will be playing musical chairs.

Don't you mean mailman as antiquated as "snail-mail" in an age of connectivity....kind of like a LV 3000. Look this guy has the charisma of soggy toast, leadership that is untested in a true open market. He should just stick to what he is good at..being a social asbergers misfit.

Seriously what is there to complain about? Put in your 5 to 10 hours a week. Make your decent bonus checks and then once you stop hitting quota you find another job. Enjoy your 1-2 years or boredom and freedom being an order taker and think of it as vacation from the real world.

Well said. Who cares anymore. They are not going to change and fix all that is broken so to hell with them. Sit back let your manager feel important and collect some money doing nothing. Everybody's heard of the vest. Your not convincing the haters. Find another job while your at home 41/2 days a week. Better yet take the summer off. You deserve it after making such a stupid decision to join Zoll. You probably can cut your Zoloft script in half now that your home. And after the summer is over and you find a real job you can get off Zoloft all together!!

Very true! I like the idea about taking the summer off since when I saw the writing on the wall about no future with Zoll I already took the winter off. When a company has such a joke of a quota structure where they can't motivate the sales force and don't care then why should we care. I think at this point they have hit the limit of people they can trick into coming on board, Pharma reps have found out, external no medical have found out. Pretty soon everyone will know and then it will be all SSR positions.
