Okay...so, here we go again. Sorry to hear that many great friends from the brand teams are being "transformed". Not so unhappy about the Payor/Health Systems team-with the exception that they still have the same incompetent leader. MV is a joke!! what has he done for this team in one full year? Nothing, that's what. Let's see if the next generation does of leaders for that team a better job at sucking up to him.

I heard you're a r*****. Nobody was 'let go' with this transformation. 45 positions were eliminated and those 45 people have the option to post and interview for a new position. There are 58 'new' positions.

Nothing says we value our employees more than displacing nearly all of them and then hiring them back for the 'new' roles. Same people, same skills, different title. Key difference is they are now less motivated and less loyal. How about we displace all VPs and above and see if that makes a difference. Has Marketing been Euthanized or Huth-anized?
