It is ridiculous that the enormously inflated marketing team has not been trimmed. What do these ass spreaders do all day? Scott G and his army of overpaid waste of spacers should have been let go a long time ago. Is Greg scared of trimming this sacred cow? C'mon Greg its time to hold this department accountable.
 






Some of us insiders have tried hard to remain positive, but this last round is just too much. These most recent changes were executed so poorly it is difficult to understand. Our leadership trimmed several solid performers, leaving many unmanned positions, all to keep additional marketing and finance members. We now have VPs doing nothing in one area, and admins directing the business in another. We have all been invested in this thing, we should have been involved in this process. This is supposed to be a branded company but we are now missing key members of the branded team? Now we are all actively looking since Thursday - good luck everyone.
 












Scott Goedeke first. Then anyone on the marketing team. Scott is responsible for the entire failed launch of Makena. How he and this team remain in place is shameful.
 






I just find this whole situation so very sad. Time and time again KV has had the opportunity to save itself, and the wrong people continue to make the wrong choices...why after the initial layoff in 2009, were there still 15+ people left in marketing compared to only 78 sales people in the field???? There were almost 20 people in this department, and yet some of the marketing was still being outsourced? What is wrong with that picture? I think we all know who is resposible for this mess...and we know which department they are in....I just think it is a shame that so many good people have had to suffer for the choices of so very few.

I would blame the leadership prior to the downfall in 2009. Maybe a little less party all night, drink and play...and work more during the day rather than planning your night outs and maybe all the turmoil could have been avoided. How Scott G can be blamed is unbelievable to me. Sounds like someone is mad he is still here at the company and maybe they are not. What is your life a mess since you left?
 






You have to be crazy to be defending SG. That guy ran off so many good people that could've helped us survive. Not to mention how many more of us were just let go because of his recommendations. You are a clueless.

You are right! He has massive dirt on the then higher ups or equaled too him. That is why they are gone and he is there because he is a class act and they we party animals that spent to much time partying in others rooms and drinking on company dollars. Right littles ones?

Thanks Get-a-Clue. Really you need to get a better response. Classless act more like it. The bigger question is why does Therx need so many marketing people? Save the money and do the shareholders a favor for once. We only need a product manager and an admin for our two brands. SG and this marketing team should've been cut a long time ago.
 






Tom McHugh, CFO, is an as---le with teeth. He got stink finger from internal audit, then after they left, there was no one else to drive compliance. The fact that this company has stated that we cannot rely on the "internal control environment" for three years running shows the effectiveness of the SEC and Tom McHugh, CFO. I would not trust Tom McHugh, CFO, to operate the fun wheel at a church bizarre. Tom McHugh, CFO, would f--k up a two car funeral. Tom McHugh, CFO. He loves to see those three letters after his name.......for now.

But isn't he responsible for the outrageous $1500 pricing, that got lowered to a still outrageous $690, and all of the outrage from ACOG, SMFM, the March of Dimes and Congress??? How does someone who totaly f'd this thing up, keep their job???
 






To answer the question of the last post " How does someone that f-ed up like that keep there job", just ask Get-A-Clue. You must know something on the higher ups so you will never get fired. I bet Get-A-Clue has a safe where he keeps all of his incriminating things he has collected over the years on everyone. I have seen so much GREAT TALENT leave marketing because of Get-A-Clue. Good people will take someone else stealing all the credit for their work for only so long before they quit.
