I know this is a rep based sight (I used to be one). Made the tradition to brand years back and looking to get into a smaller biotech. How are the brand team(s) here? Curious about home office culture

Smaller? If your looking at coming here, I would look elsewhere. We just hired a ton of people and are looking a lot more like big pharma. Probably positioning ourselves to be sold as well.
