What's the story? Thought she was good at what she did. Just heard she's gone!
She's the only Director of Market Development, so, yes!Kristen???
From what I've heard you are dead wrong! She's gone from the company. Not sure why. I think she might have quit. She wanted a job doing something else within S&N and it looks like she didn't get it
Nice way to spin it I guess. Word in Andover is she was let go. Lots of questions about a lot of things. Maybe resigned before they could send Her packingShe's gone from the company. Not sure why. Why would they force an "honest an ethical"person to resign? People are finding out she was anything but honest & ethical. The unofficial word in Andover is that things were so out of control the company was at risk. Foster couldn't even protect her. Decision was resign or be fired. By resigning, avoided a lot of problems and can spin it her way. It's very interesting how the the honest, ethical, valuable and hardest "working" individuals are either forced or "asked" to leave "to pursue" other opportunities. This company is riding behind expanding sales volumes in emerging (or any) markets. They don't care about integrity or developing rank and file culture within the organization - just volume. That is how pharma makes so much revenue. It's not style or long term corporate culture (ie the place people want to work for) it's strictly measured by volume. That is what Olie and his like were hired to do. Mark my work the day Olie leaves that max volume has been hit and since there is no innovation or culture in this company it will be a has been bought out by a better organization (hopefully).
The relationship with the surgeon was pretty common knowledge. It had to be more than that. When you play by your own role it tends to piss people off. When the HR & compliance people come knocking on the door it might be easier to just walk awaySo what did she do? She was hot, I heard about the dr she was sleeping with...heck I hit that

Word in Andover is that this was one of many ethical lapses that couldn't be covered up any more. Too bad!So she got fired/forced to leave for her relationship with a surgeon? Doesn't that happen all the time? Seems it would need to be more than that?
Why would they replace her? She didn't even know what her job was. Served no real purpose. Caused more problems for everyone.Who's going to replace her?
Another member of the elite sales management team who's behavior became an embarassment an a risk for the company. So what did she do? She was hot, I heard about the dr she was sleeping with...heck I hit that
Sneaky, unprofessional, arrogant, dishonest and unethical are words that come to mind. And then we can talk about the personal indiscretions that are pretty widely known. So what did she do? She was hot, I heard about the dr she was sleeping with...heck I hit that
