Yes, I agree with all the other comments as this is the same exact thing that happened at cadence. The CEO got a HUGE check and walked not caring about the company or anyone that may be affected. There were a lot of people that lost their jobs, but he didn't care. It's all about getting the stock price as high as possible and then selling Mallinckrodt and the the CEO will take off. Mak my words, MALLINCKRODT is setting itself off to be purchased.

They want a centralized marketing team meaning that they want everyone in the same building and working on projects together and in person. This can't happen when there are people in a different time zone on the west coast.
