Okay Mark Parisi - you promised the NBU an update on our Q4 bonuses this week.
Where is our update?
Mark Parisi- your title is Sales Compensation Lead—-please act a little like it.
 


















Called HR yesterday since nobody else seems to know ANYTHING around this place. Or they don’t care and want us to stay focused. Kinda hard to when my team alone is missing close to 40k. Anyways

Will be corrected by next Friday’s paycheck. Time will tell. I take everything with a grain of salt. Trust NOONE. Oh and by the way : way to go Ben. Loved his letter. Shire sucks.

I'm going to guess that the person who caused this error will get off Scott free without so much as a warning.
They are just back tracking b/c they got caught trying to take money away from the field .

I don’t think it was an issue with them taking money from the field but a full on calculation issue. A few more people have ended up winning p club and Vp club because of this error. They aren’t taking it away from any winners, just adding those who should have won. No info of the nature of the error or any details were given.

Winning presidents club and vice presidents Club have to do with being in a percentile range... Does that mean they couldn't figure out the top 5% or the top 10% in the company. A previous poster is correct. They really do have low IQs.

The issue isn’t that they couldn’t calculate the top 10%. The issue is that they didn’t pay some of their bonuses correctly and therefore because p club is ranked on bonus money earned, the mistake cascaded to that. It is a chain of events stemming from some mistake that they have not fully explained.

You don't know crap! Just worry about delivering your sandwiches on time! Our sales force is definitely the WORST in the industry! OMG!

Along with marketing, hr, support staff, legal, manufacturing, etc etc. it all boils down to leadership.
If our sales force is the " WORST" in the industry, it's up to leadership to fix it. Fire the entire field force then. At this point just do something! My options are fucking worthless
 
























not “fake news” which I wish the old folks would stop pulling out to justify their sad beliefs... seriously, sometimes just posting your ages would be more clear. So clueless!

Many reps (Check your workday) will find that they will or should be getting the money that they are due. (NBU)

Shire cocked up their numbers and payments and won’t ball up to be accountable.

At least we can all work extra hard to make sure Marc Russ has another reason to pop the cork right?!? Better get that WOW number up or his daddy won’t tell him the secrets to pleasing his wife :(

Isn’t that a goal we can all work towards?

Regardless, I still expect to be paid correctly for delivering my sandwiches on time!
If we're the worst sales force in the industry it's only because our actions are reflecting our leadership.
