I believe Mark to be a solid representation of the team, but agree that Germany will do what they do. Don’t forget Holm, he always meddles into everything and foils common sense and reason.
 


















What is everyone’s thoughts?
Mark is great and much needed. He will definitely support the reps. Unfortunately, there are too many incompetent people above him that are clueless about what the reps do. The fact the meeting was moved with zero regard to the schedules and productivity of the entire sales force speaks volumes. The line of bs about increasing compensation via bonuses is laughable. It was very clear that they would merely jack up the sales goals so no one would actually get a decent payout. Biofrontera has a VERY talented sales team. Other companies see that. There will be a lot of good people leaving in the coming months. Mass exodus from tone deaf BF.

Sorry; you both are second rate Sales organizations and all the talent left PDT years ago. Only bottom feeders still remaining in that space or folks that other companies don’t want.

You nailed it! Her sales carried the company for years and they “reward” her by paying her a few dollars per tube. Meanwhile a territory that produces 1/8 of what she did is making $20-40 per tube sold. Sorry Germany, we’re not socialists and she’s not an idiot. I wish she would take me with her!
