Track record so far…
  • No commercial success with LEQVIO, and all in strategy on population health failing in most countries
  • Optha disaster, no improvements in market share or sales — complete abandonment of the franchise now
  • Respiratory failure, while Fevi not totally her fault, lack of any vision for the future is clear
  • Deprioritization of gene therapy franchise globally, huge mistake
  • Placing leaders into position who don’t challenge and are just “yes” people
  • Most uninspiring leader ever — no ability to have genuine conversations and is colder then Pluto
  • Horrible strategic mindset and can only see 6 months ahead (clear with failures)
  • Horrible strategy globally on Cosentyx
  • Time to ruin Oncology more than S.S. has done
  • Glint survey possible the worst across all companies that Glint measures
  • Most times it’s like speaking to a robot who’s been programmed with key messages (horrible)
Pretty clear they are limiting her scope a bit given her gigantic failures as a leader.
 




Bring back Bobby for Latin America! Amazed she was able to push him and Janneka out.

Marie France has now idea what is going on. She is sitting in her ivory tower while the company is falling apart (good examples mentioned above). The global transformation has to be her career highlight…who in their right mind shakes up a company the size of Novartis without a plan? She is as cold as an ice cube and has zero people skills.
 




Major conference in 2017 after top line results readout for a compound, the company had a get together to celebrate. Internal panels, rah rah crap. Was a great time. Then leadership started giving the usual forward facing comments and how we build on this. MF gets the mic and just in the most Ben Stein, dead behind the eyes way, manages to cobble together a barely coherent string of words with the enthusiasm of a North Korean political dissident reading the nightly propaganda "You have to sell Entresto. Entresto, Entresto, Entresto." (Mind field force was nowhere to be seen at this gathering)

Everyone looked around like we were being punked. It was the oddest damn thing I have ever seen. How she is still around is beyond me.

literally the worst leader I’ve ever met. Amazing she’s been championed and allowed to speaking externally — I know mimes with better communication.

Yes , yes, yes.....but she's still firmly here and clearly protected so put up or well....you have other choices. As we all do
 








Anyone with the gift of the gabs will do well in NVS because they are educated and brainwashed not having to work alongside their people to get their hands dirty to do the actual work with their power of authority. Seen it heard it experienced it.
