Honestly, she was reporting to a CEO who had never worked in Pharma until he got this job. There was no path to success in that structure. She was a big loss to AbbVie. She is experienced, smart and was held back from building a world-class MA organization by aspects of AbbVie culture that we inherited from Abbott. Can't speak truth to power at this company.
