Worst recruiter I have ever encountered. Was trying for a job a few years back with quintiles and he was the recruiter. I didn't get it, but I was one of the finalists. Waited far past the time to hear and finally called him. He acted surprised and informed me that they chose the other candidate. Said he'd tried to call me. He hadn't and I'm guessing he pulls that a lot.
So why did I expect this to be any different? Because I am still a fool who believes in professionalism? Or maybe just a fool. Anyway, after being told 7 to 10 days in Phoenix and that the ones not selected would be informed by their quintiles contact, I'm sitting here 21 days later.
Thanks Marcus. Real professional. I can only hope that what goes around… and all that.

Hello, this is Marcus. We only call the candidates that do well in the interviews. You did very poorly so I did not call you. Also, we do not pay reimbursement for your interview expenses if you performed poorly like you did. Hope that helps and brush up on your interview techniques!

Yeah, they definately are a group of weirdos. Disorganized, unprofessional are among the many
ways to describe an illiquipped, pathetic bunch of douche bags. Not to mention, most of them are outwardly awkward and odd in mannerisms as well appearance. Applaud to whomever started thread and shared experience. What goes around......they will get it.

This is indeed an example of what Quintiles represent. There is very little accountability or professionalism in the organisation. The culture reflects the transactional nature of the business. Don't be fooled by what they say about themselves, or all the money they pay to "win" the best working place awards. It's a sham.
