From what i hear the NBU will be having their meeting at a starbucks in Asbury park NJ.

I’m in OBU and hope I’m gone before the mtg. The pre-work and agenda focused around “active listening” workshops are quite insulting! I’ve been actively listening to the over-promises and fluff for 3 years!

Active listening, business plans, KPIs, call metrics, top 40, pill pack, ask iiris.... This place sounds like it's still the same shit show I left last year.

Why did shire pay for experienced reps? Then feed as classwork on active listening. I took those classes 15 years ago when starting out in pharma.

I agree. I was insulted having this type of assignment- I am not in grade school. I was successful before coming to the OBU, and think by this time in my life I have figured out how to listen and hear.

Such BS. Training, they call it. Waste of time. Are you listening?

I thought the listening module was a nice change from previous pre work at other meetings. Since you’re superior at listening, can you hear the whispers that say shut the fuck up? Listen to yourself, you sound like an entitled baby. You get paid 150K to listen to a module on active listening, there are people digging ditches out in the cold making 1/100 less than you. Go fuck yourself

Seriously, guy prob never had to do a hard days work in his life. No, our job is not a hard days work, it is a gift and privilege to have. People in this world work till their joints give out and youre complaining about 15 min modules? I guess you must be ranked # 1 in the company, have learned everything possible, and never need a refresher in the sales process.

Monday marks less than 30 days until NSM... I smell what The Rock is cooking! Something has gotta give prior to when they send out the invites. No way they plan to haul EVERYONE to Nashville then have layoffs before the mid-year point.
