Why does this woman get her own headline, I asked around and this is what I learned…
She was previously a hairdresser who got her job in pharma by having sex with a manager
She is insecure and easily threatened, defensive and accusational rather than asking questions
She’s given a leadership role but has no leadership skills, divides her team by playing favorites and gossiping about her own teammates with other reps.
She tries to fire people rather than develop them.
She uses examples of making her daughters cry as her way of developing people.
She states her confidence comes from mindset that she has the biggest balls in the room.
She makes rude comments on people’s weight.
She’s jealous of others success.
She talks about leading award winning teams but all her reps quit on her.
She has bad breath.
